Delegate Lane moves to amend the bill on page 42, section 7, line 5, after the word "code" by striking the following: "and the voters of that county" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "and every county any portion of which is within a fifty mile radius of the racetrack seeking a license under this article and a majority of the voters in the aggregate of those counties"
And
On page 43, section 7, line 8, by striking out the word "commission" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "commissions"
And
On page 43, section 7, line 10, by striking out the words "located within that county"
And
On page 43, section 7, line 13, after the word "located" by inserting the following: "and the county commissions of the counties within fifty miles radius of the racetrack seeking a license under this article"
